Guild Manager

These lands need heroes, and more than that - someone to organize and deploy them, for maximum effect - and maximum renown. Draft raw young recruits, from Duelysts to Corsairs to Shamans, to form the adventuring parties best suited to tackle each season’s challenge - manage your heroes as they grow, and build your guild’s dynasty.

Guild Manager is a fantasy sports card game of drafting, lineup setting, and category management. The game is played across seven seasons, and each GM drafts Heroes, then plays the selection of available options best suited for that season’s scoring requirements. Doing poorly in a season isn’t the end of the world, as it helps your draft position for the next round, when a new selection of Hero cards are available, and all existing Heroes rotate to their next level. After reaching their final level, Heroes retire and join your Guild’s front office in the form of a Legacy, a one-time-use special ability.

Guild Manager is presently in a v1.0 prototype for playtesting the current ruleset, but with lots of options for customization already designed; the end product is intended to have many variants and variable settings for the playstyle that best suits the table, to reflect the many ways that people play fantasy sports with real-world sports.
